Ever wondered how to tell someone that the action they did for you made you feel very special? Now you can with ESL expert Ajarn Ken.

Hey it's Ken from 30 Second English.

Today we're going to look at the expression 'Made my Day'

'Made my Day' we use when we want to tell someone that what they gave done for us has really, really made us feel very, very happy for the day. I could be a small thing.

For example, maybe you buy your girlfriend or your wife some flowers and she says, 'Oh thank you so much for the flowers. They've really made my day. They've really made me happy. I'm really happy to receive them'

'Made my day' means that you've done something for someone to help them have a really good day.
